After 3 years of collegiate track & field, I had just graduated college, was starting my career, and was trying to figure out how to eat and exercise like a “normal person.” I was on a mission for the elusive "perfect" body, trying every diet trend under the sun—keto, paleo, you name it. But no matter how hard I tried to stick to those rigid plans, I just couldn’t seem to get the results I wanted. Sound familiar? It was frustrating as heck. But you know what? That frustration led me to a major lightbulb moment. I realized that achieving real health and fitness isn’t about following some cookie-cutter diet plan—it’s about finding what works for you. So, I ditched the extremes and embraced balance. I started listening to my body, focusing on nourishing it with whole foods, and yes, still enjoying the occasional treat guilt-free. And you know what happened? My whole outlook on fitness and life changed. I felt stronger, more energized, and dare I say it, happier. I’m not here to sell you some quick-fix gimmick or make wild promises. My goal is to empower you to find your own path to wellness—one that’s sustainable, realistic, and tailored just for you.
